  • Everything bagel seasoning (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced garlic, dried onion flakes, coarse salt)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and chopped chives or scallions if using. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Cut mini bagels into quarters to yield about 16 bite-sized pieces.
  4. Brush each bagel quarter lightly with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously over each buttered piece.
  6. Spoon or pipe about a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each bagel quarter.
  7. Arrange the filled bagel bites on the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
