This Creamy Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip is a quick, no-bake dessert that tastes like a caramel apple cheesecake but takes only five minutes to make. Perfect for parties, movie nights, or any last-minute craving.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 medium apple, finely diced (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Granny Smith)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Graham crackers, for serving
  • Apple slices, for serving
  • Pretzels, for serving
  • Additional caramel drizzle, for garnish
  • Chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese: Take cream cheese out of fridge at least 30 minutes before starting. If forgotten, microwave in 10-second intervals until soft but not melted, cutting into cubes first.
  2. Whip the base: In a medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes. Scrape down sides. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Beat until combined and light and airy.
  3. Fold in the caramel: Add about ⅓ cup of caramel sauce to the cream cheese mixture. Fold gently with a spatula to create swirls. Reserve remaining caramel for drizzling.
  4. Prepare the apple topping: In a small bowl, toss diced apple with lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Let sit for a minute.
  5. Assemble and serve: Transfer cream cheese mixture to a serving bowl or platter. Spread into an even layer. Spoon apple mixture over the top. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or flaky sea salt if desired. Serve immediately with graham crackers, apple slices, pretzels, or other dippers.

Notes

For best texture, use full-fat cream cheese at room temperature. Do not overmix the caramel; leave swirls. Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, but add apple topping fresh each time. The dip can be made ahead (base only) up to 2 days in advance.
